Millions Call

I received a call from this number about 2 hours ago. There was nobody on the other line; I went to answer, said 'Hello?' and the call died.I tried to return the call twice and got voicemail; it's a generic voicemail message (no recorded name).

Selling equipment. Hard to get off of the phone.

Associated Recovery Systems or Avanta USA

The caller calls repeatedly from 8 PM to after midnight daily.    There is never anyone there and when answered, the phone goes through a series of beeps.    If the number is called back no one ever answers.    After 30 or so rings the recording 'the cell phone customer you are calling is not available' is the answer.    This has been going on every day for over a week and really needs to stop.
