4 put the phone down rings to our cell telephone in the past day. No msg left, just a put the phone down

we began receiving rings with this no. a few days ago. she alwyas rings soon after 11:00 pm & even soon as we inform them we dont recognise & ask them to quit phoning (he sometimes rings at 2:00am) she keeps on doing this. we must pass on our telephone on cos of our mom live by herself & some times he gets fed up in the middle of the nignt & rings us. she quit for a whilst however began again last evening.

called me to say they are a chimney company in Brooklyn and would like to set up an appointment to clean my chimney. They could not tell me where in Brooklyn they are from.

Spam caller. Just ignore.

rang we picked up & these people put the phone down. Where & exactly what are these people phoning from?
