rang us two times & subsequently soon as we rang back a minute later, a guy answered & is just like 'who's this?' soon as we said that she got just rang us two times & that she should inform us who she is, she is just like 'well how am we supposed to recognise who we rang when you do not inform us who you are?' was this man dumb or what? -_-
