repeated calls from this number sounds like woman or childlike voice

I got 2 back to back calls from this # today and both times they did not leave a message. Not sure who they are or what they want. Any one else have any experience with this #?

keeps on phoning us & seems indian maybe. All these people soon as we answer was 'hoy? hoy? hoy?'

Let call go to voice mail only to see they do not leave a message and will continue again Monday through Friday at various times.

This was a text saying my last receipt from walmart was one of 7 to win $1000 with a hyper link to click on
I deleted it.

They called me 10 times - left no message Finally I decided to answer - it was telemarketer who sounded nice but would not listen when i said " I am not interested " After 3 trys to be nice - I just hung up Publishers Clearinghouse or something like that
