This person called my phone at 4:02AM and said nothing. I called the number back to have a female that sounded very ghetto tell me, 'Oh, I must have rolled over on my phone in my sleep and dialed you by accident. If you cant understand that then you need Jesus in your life. Im sorry!' The person was wide awake and was probably not expecting to get a callback.

They follow the script trying to get you to say yes a few times to butter you up to ask for donations. If you have a bunch of time to waste, then try to get them to come to the point of their call. Called but did not leave a voicemail. I will wait prior to blocking.

Called numerous times asking for our accountant so that they can issue a refund but they can't clearly explain what the refund is for. Pretends to be your merchant services carrier. Asks for credit card terminal numbers and various forms to be faxed/emailed to them. I asked to call them back and their number isn't registered to any company name. I called our real merchant services carrier and they had no records of any outgoing calls to our business and no mention of any refunds in their call notes. When you call back the number, "Crystal" immediately picks up. SCAM.
