When I pick up the phone, they never answer!!!!

letter stating I won $250,0 with check for over $40 to pay for taxes. Pay taxes then check bounces. Out lots of money.

Calls all day and if you pick up it just beeps and hangs up on you

Complete spam. Keep getting phone calls from this number, and they don't leave messages. When I call it back, it says 'thank you for your interest in Cox Communications', but my bill is current, so I know it isn't a bill collector. The only logical conclusion is cold calls. I hope they continue, so I have an excuse to threaten to cancel my service with them.

we cant figure out where this region code was from. we got a ring however no msg on numerous occasions.
