It's the KSU telefund number - they are calling alumni for their yearly pledges.

Number called twice and there was no response

Keeps calling an extra phone line I have that goes straight into voicemail (this caller obviously has the wrong number). Still, she bothers to call evey five minutes and leave another message.Incase the other fifty messages were not received? Is that it?

This is an automated call machine for the welfare office in Richmond VA telling you when your appointment is.    If you are getting these calls, it is likely someone is committing welfare fraud using your number.
