Another bogus number robo call supposedly from Yakima valley

I got a text stating "Can't talk now. What's up?" Also a Voice mail about a pre approved loan I did not apply for. I also received an e-mail about a loan. Where is this coming from???

somebody keep on phoning us with this no. stating our telephone ring them. irritating.

This # calls me 10-15 times a day and hangs up

I suspect a spoofed number and a scam call. The exchange is local. The number is listed. However, no message was left. I have been getting a lot of such calls recently on my cell during the day. No message ever is left for me. Anyone who legitimately has my cell number leaves a message for me re the issue and when I should return the call.
