It's Friday, June 29, 2012 and I have been receiving the same annoying calls, a few times a day to my mobile, during work hours. I am in Vancouver and my provider is Wind Mobile.

I received this weird phone call from a men named Mel. He refused to tell me what was the purpose of this call. He just wanted me to say yes after he confirmed my cell phone number. I hung up my cell phone and of course I didn't say yes. It looks like a scam call.

A basic tinder scam. Matches with you on a dating app, immediately gives this number, then tries to get verification through a credit card fleecing website.
