Spoofed Phone Number

Got a call with 'verizon' on caller id, when i called back an indian guy answered and spoke some language I could not understand.

888-306-0320 is a toll free number owned by Planet One Networks. We specialize in IT equipment for small business. Unless you are a small business with a need for IT or telecom equipment - we would not be contacing you. Recently we've had people call our 800 number and ask to speak to someone in recovery. Planet One Networks does not have a recovery department. It seems that someone or some organization is fradulantley outpulsing our 888-306-0320 number.

calling/texting trying to say they are a person from my family that is overseas

I had a message on my home phone last night. The lady left a number and said that I was going to be served a summons and that I was going to be taken to court and that they would indeed have me served at my workplace. I called the number back and both times it went straight to voice mail. I really can't find any information on the internet regarding this company, not even a location. And I have no idea what debt they are referring to. It's really starting to make me wonder...
