Number called but I didn't answer. I called the number back and a message said that the person I was trying to contact was not available at this time and that I should call back at a later time.

A woman just called in Chinese telling me my account is at risk, if no action taken, my RBC account will be blocked. To help me, asked me to continue to press 5. When I dial 5, a woman say "how can I help you". I answered "you called me you should know". She hangup immediately. Why cannot we stop these spam ? if they use a phone #, should be easy to hunt down.
