Called my cell and asked to speak to one of my relatives (first name).

Claimed that people were outside my house. It was an attempt to spook me at 1 in the morning.

This call was reported to the FCC by a consumer from Winner, South Dakota on 2019-12-13

Call from Christiansburg, VA.

This is s scam artist that sends nude pictures and will not talk. They just want money.

This is an illegal scam. They claim irs is investigating you at federal level. Mike Allen special agent. When you call back and ask questions they hang up. Sounds like phone calls are going to international call center. I already contacted the appropriate authorities.
