Calls & hangs up when you answer. Most likely a telemarketer or Scam Artist or a robo dialer otherwise they would speak when you answer.Going to report them to the FCC as well. If they continue to call we will simply block them.

had a sms msg with this no. (715-770-1523) that has a link & states click the link to confirm ur telephone no. The link was qik. com/verify_number/eb8b2a8cI did not click this obviously, however does anybody recognise exactly what this was all about?
