we have got several rings with this no. No one would speak, we could hear noise in the background. we threatened to ring the local police in their region when these people rang once more. therefore far no more calls.

This person called my old phone number and when my mother answered she kept saying she would call back.  She did this on more than one occassion.  When I called it went to an answering machine.  I tried calling at didderent times with the same response.  Who is this?
