our partner got a ring that he won $1. five million when I only got the check sent to me by UPS. however 1st I were informed to send $895 to claim my prize. anyone get this message?

Some woman called from this number stating that she was calling my Aunt and she was from some financial company. When I asked specifics after specifying that I was her nephew and I am doing her finances for her she became defensive and only told me that she wanted to talk to my Aunt because it was a 'personal business' matter. So I asked her if she was from a collection agency, but she said she was from a finance company (I believe she said City Finance). I cannot stand people who want to do 'personal business' with my disabled aunt instead of explaining the situation to me as I am her caregiver and financial adviser. So I just told her that if she was not willing to specify the nature of the business, I would have to hang up the phone. And I did.

Insurance rate message

Some sort of visa/mastercard deal thing. They left a message today and I called back and asked for my number to be put on the do not call list. The back ground noise was so bad that it was hard to hear the woman. She said that it would take up to 30 days due to having to go though the full system(or something like that)

She will call you repeatedly, she has a history of mental issues and is apparently not taking her meds.    Best bet is to block this number from being able to reach through your line.
