This kid sent me over 90 text messages in a week

All in Spanish. Don't know what it says. Texted several times in a row with same text.

Calls home phone never leaves a message and hangs up

No calls but sends texts about some nonsense about a $1500 loan.

They started the call asking me for my social security number. She said she was a government agency.   I did not give it as I know it was a scam. She said they wanted to discuss student loans and did anyone in my house have any.  I told her I know there is no reason for her to call us.

Won't tell me who is texting me.

A Mr. Smith left a message on my answer maching stating I had won $3,100,000 and to contack him as soon as possible
