I've only got one text from this number so far. The message says for me to go on GotCash911.com to claim my loan 1 hour processing is available an they gave me a LOAN CODE. At the bottom of message says reply STOP to Stop messages.

Its Education Connect, if u go online to find a college or a class for somethin, they call u to help u find what u need. No big deal just tell them u found a school & they stop calling :)

Hello my name is Debbie and I'm calling from the state's life insurance group how are you doing today hello.

I keep getting annoying phone calls from this number

The male does not identify himself and the company he represents. He fast talks that you have a court case and gives you a 888 phone number along with your court docket number and tells you to call the number so you don't have to go to court. The man does not tell you what its about. He says he can't open the document. Then he hangs up immediately after giving the 888 number. He calls private until you tell him he is a scam artist and then he calls back from this number.
