I recived a call from these people and I don;t know who they are or anything, have they contacted anyone else?

Called afternoon of New Years. I didn’t answer and no message was left

this is a 419 scammer out of nigeria

I got a call today and did not answer it. They did not leave a voice mail. I then turned around and called it back and was told that he was with the Arkansas Lottery. I do not do lottery so I said: "Please, do not call this number again." He then turned around and called my number again.

Three calls so far with no response.    This appears to be another telemarketer that just wont stop calling.
