Yes, a complete scammer.I got a call from this same guy, claiming to have made a $600.00 pay-day-loan.he also called my Mom and a good friend of mine. How can he have my SS#? How can he have my bank account #? My Mom's phone #? And, how can he have my friend's phone number?

Alias for AC Debt collection. Calling at 930 pm about a company that has been out of business longer than any statute of limitations even if it did have debt.

Autodial from a collection agency

I cannot understand the person calling. Says her name is Victoria but the rest is unclear with the foreign accent affecting her speech.

We call back at this number & a machine answer telling that we leave a message and will be answer back in four hour. we never call previously to this company.

I would be highly suspicous of this call.  DEBT COLLECTORS WILL ILLEGALLY CLAIM TO BE INVESTIGATORS and will tell you LIES to get information from you. And THEY fed you a line of BS about your SS# to get you to give them information only and THERE was no fraudulent use of your SS#   AND YOU GAVE THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED!  ITS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DO THIS!
