i received an e-mail and was given this contact number

"Carol- u up? UInterested in job offer.." "Jon. I'm I'm Tracy and would like to have company of someone.. Maybe you can tell me what you could help out with around here?" I have no idea who this is, how he knows my name, or how he got my number.

The calls are very agnoning.

did not pick up. No msg. With a name just like 'Discount Center', we presume it is a solicitation. however it is a local no., therefore this might possibly be legitimate.
