Capital one collection agency, there attempting to collect money you owe them.from ur credit cards late fees, for not paying ur bill in time

I was given this number as a phone/land line for Borders Books in Michigan but it seems to be a fax machine.

This is a spoofed number. I had 3 calls within minutes of each other all from similar numbers.
