The message said they were looking for my husband, saying that they were process servers about to dispatch documentation to the property address for my husband, but they never said the actual address. Caller call but does not speak, when call back days not working number

Got two calls from what came up on Caller ID as a Restricted number. Two voice mails from two different people, Bill Reed (I think that was the name) and a Mr. Moran, left a callback number of 410.774.0139, but when I called it back I got a recorded message that the number was not in service. Both men did ask for me by name, but did not identify where they were calling from.
