Millions Call

This number calls about three times a day. I tried to block it, but the phone messase says it can't be blocked. Any info?

Have gotten calls with no messages left from 973-603-3110 and 973-603-3122. Caller ID only says 'New Jersey.' I've seen similar posts for other 973 numbers, but none recently.
