This number forwarded his number to my cell phone. So I cant call it as it rings back to me. Hes signed up for several online forms and i get calls every day.

Left no message. I don't know anyone in Virginia.

Turns out this is with JC Penney optical. we would have answered when these people got bothered to ID. themselves.

I do not wish to receive phone call or text from this number. this person is harrasing me.
