Millions Call

Harassing caller.  Calls 12-24 times a day.  Only rings once then hangs up.  Starts early in the am and goes to midnight.  This has been going on for weeks now.  Tracked number down to a United States Cellular Corp carrier who started the phone in June 2005 in Independence, IA.  Finally traced the number, called and told them to stop calling.  The calls continue.

my friend call me tonight with people calling her cellphone tonight and she wanteds it to stop.

Spam text.

Blocked this person once, trying again on another number so blocking again.

I have never seen this # before, but received a personal text message around 1 am.

This is one of several numbers for Fair Collections and Outsourcing (FCO). Google them for more info. Not a nefarious spammer, just another collection agency. They called a fax line and asked for someone who had not been here in five years! This is the number that they left for a call back.

Calls, subsequently puts the phone down without leaving a msg. Whoever this was has a full voice mailbox therefore cant contact them.
