Millions Call

Sent me a letter and told me I won a sweepstake lottery.  Had me call this number and they told me to deposit the partial check and they would contact me again about the balnce.

I got a call from a male, by the name of Mr. Micheal Bell, stating I had won publishing clearing house amount of 2.5 million and a 2012 Mercedes. He then asked if we wanted to have cameras and media present or whether we wanted the packages privately. He then asked that there is a processing fee of 250 or so dollars to be sent through western union to their accountant: Hollis Beamon - 134 Homeside Drive, Alorton, Illinois, 62207. He then asked when I went to western union to send money to give him a call at 1-878-849-9790, ext 226. This is clearly a scam!!! PCH does not require any processing fees or money upfront to claim a prize!!!

I need to identify the owner of this fax number. How do I accomplish that? I may need to involve the authorities. Thanks-
