This is a telemarketer scam. If you dial it back for stopping calling. they will call from a different number like 973 - 273 7843.

We were away from home for over 30 days and as soon as I got home the phone started ringing. “Arkansas Claim Service” became abusive and disconnected the phone call. Up-to date I am not very certain of the reason behind the telephone call. We are pondering whether to report tese worrying telephone calls to the CFPB as we are very concerned whether the telephone calls will come in again.
