Repeat caller, no message again, guessing spam.

Recording said it was debt collection. I called back and asked questions, they hung up on me. Obviously spam.

I don't answer the call but they leave voicemails. They don't say anything but you can hear voices in the background

A guy called me from 251-243-9739 on my caller ID.  When I asked him his phone number, this is what he gave me.  If you want to see what happened (and it's good. well actually bad) then check my comment under the 251 number.
