Didn't leave a msg... Keeps calling

Indian accent calling to say my computer had problems and for me to log on immediately so they could help me fix problem. I told him to kiss my American ass.

Got two calls from what came up on Caller ID as a Restricted number. Two voice mails from two different people, Bill Reed (I think that was the name) and a Mr. Moran, left a callback number of 410.774.0139, but when I called it back I got a recorded message that the number was not in service. Both men did ask for me by name, but did not identify where they were calling from.
