i got a text from them at 3 in the morning

I received a call from this number and it is not a bill collector, it is a number for a daycare provider. It was out of state, in Portland so I was skeptical but did some research and figured it out.

Recently, I answered a call with this number listed under then Caller ID. It turned out to be a Prank-Calling 12 Year Old. Do not answer to this number.
