It is debit card security. Call them back to verify there is no fraud (or there is ) fraud on your account.

Yes they call frequently and leave voicemail in Chinese. I block the number & somehow call again with another number??? Annoying

This caller wanted to speak with the previous owner of my phone number. I have been getting calls asking for him for almost one year now. I tell the caller this is not his telephone number any more. She said this was a business calling for the former person who has this phone number. The caller ID was from Rockford Il.
