I also recieved a call from this Peter Kent and discovered he is no Lawyer if he was he would first say which law office he was based under, also he would have had to verbaly say he is a lawyer which he did not because if he did that would be a criminal offense. But he does work for G.E as a collector because I also owe G.E around 2500 that I am fighting them on so if I where you Sharon I would fight back and have the Garnishment taken off.
