Who was this phoning & ahy

we got a sms msg that made no sense & sounded to be misdirected -- the person calling called our no. by mistake. The msg came at 10:48 pm & woke us up. There are no names in the msg. Various call-tracking internet services report that the ring was with a local landline, through MCI. we do not wanna get any such msgs.

I got the same claim as well. I asked about the details that I wanted on these 'important legal documents', he said 'I am not required to release that information.' I laughed, he yelled at me to stop laughing, I kept doing it, then I hung up. This is a con artist, complete scam, 100%. If I had some important legal documents, I would know about them.
