a friend almost got scammed by someone at this number pretending to be the IRS

The caller ID says FPL with their phone number 239 262 1322. I answered and a recording stayed they have a truck en route to dis connect my power and that I need to make a payment immediately and that I need to call 1 844 417 2186 to avoid dis connect. I called FPL and they are aware of it.
