Calling repetdley!!! And won't say anything!!

This is a scammer on Kijiji. She told me her name is Nicole Langlois (Nicole Lacombe) and she lives in St-Fabien. Convinced me to make a downpayment for the item on kijiji and never sent it. Stopped answering my sms/messages next day after purchase. Please be aware of this scammer!

Have unsubscribed from the same call countless times and even spoken directly to one of their agents about removal. Relentless bastards should be sued

9/24/2018- left message about insurance.

Male with accent claims to be calling from Medicare, about back brace, etc trying to get personal information. I have told them I will call police and file charges , they continue to call 6 or more times every day for the last week. I would like to know how I can file a complaint with the police and press charges.
