Caller gave options on which buttons to press if they wanted a lower interest rate on their credit cards. Never identified the credit card by name, just Visa.

I received a recorded message asking to stay on the line until an operator can get to me. Two or three repeats then a recorded message that there are no operators available we will can you back. This happened twice now. I will not answer this caall from now on.

Called today 7/26/21 at approximately 11:50 am the telephone rang several times and hung up did not attend to call did not recognize the telephone number nor the area the caller was calling from

automated ring with first METRO MORGTAGE. says DIAL 1 TO REQUEST A ring BACK however THE REPROTS letter BOX was FULL. OTHER OPTION was TO pass on A msg AT THE TONE. BOTH OPTIONS PROVED FUTILE. these people ring atleast 2X'S A DAY. WILL REPORT TO dont ring directory.
