Unsolicited calls from this number and callers cell phone - no message left they just leave the phone line open using up voice mailbox space

No caller ID, did not leave message.

Received two calls from this number. The first time I answered it, thinking it was my son's doctor's office. I heard a strange tone and immediately hung up. My phone acted up all day, swype went down and no battery life. I turned off all my apps and restarted the phone and it was fine. Same number called again today and I didn't answer
