this caller calls almost daily, leaves no message, does not speak. ID says \"Unknown Name\", but when you dial that number, recording says that this is a disconnected number.

This is a bill collector...I'm thinking a hospital bill because I have no other bills for them to be calling about!!! I think there should be a way to block them....
