2 days late on your car note and wham-o this nuber will call..it is GMAC

Iam working with them to pay off a credit card that i did have. they said if i didn't pay they would sue me and put a lein on my truck, even though it is an unsecured loan. i got scared and they are now taking out 200/month from my ch. account. how do i know this debt is being paid off? also i put a stop payment on these checks til i get some answers.

we get therefore many rings with this no. & these people are hangups

I also saw a charge on my credit card for 49.95 that I never made. Going to dispute it.

This Indian guy is rude not to tell me that a business or group they are calling. They call my cell phone about 7-10 times a day, getting really fed up withit. Now, when I finally left because of the frustration he was very rude and abnoxious. Start really tired of their calls is all that can be done> going crazy

They want us to call back, that's all I know.
