This phone number is actually in my brand new att cell i bought today. Dec 23 2018 and its inbedded in the Voice mail Call forwarding and call waiting section of my Cell Phone. And actually this kind of theft has been happening to me now for the last 4 years that i know of. I have had over 1 Million Dollars of my Business and personal Chase Bank Accounts stolen. And i know how they did it by using 3 Alisa E Mail addresses and i know also what they are. But theres a Group of people i have on a list that i know are involved with this whole conspiracy against me and my Life Business and trying to keep me from finding my biological mother and father My Name is K L Phillips Aka Real Name Edward

How can I prevent this telephone number from ringing several times per week? They can never leave a voicemail. Who is this business?
