Millions Call

They just called and when I answered it hang down.

I received a text from someone named Rippan about an interview. I do not have an interview and do not recognize the 404 area code, as I live across the country. Not acceptable at 8pm.

This was with the dept. of Veterans Affairs, either the Topeka hospital or the Junction City Clinic. it is legitimate.

My friend has received over 20 calls from this number in the past 3 days. She continues to be harassed and whomever is calling claims that she is calling them. They claim that they are receiving text messages from my friend but that is not the case. She is scared and becoming more and more paranoid but neither of us have any idea what to do.

They call and leave a message, but I do not answer. Kind of annoying, but that's what they're doing silent settings:)

we got a ring with this no. as well. we picked up & this is silent. soon after about thirty minutes we heard a little static & this put the phone down.
