Millions Call

I have received 4 calls from this number all I get is static cannot make out what they are saying.

Wanted me to verify personal info over the phone. Social then birthdate i said no on both

They called around 8 Am this morning, Sunday, asked for verification of zip code, and stated we owed $900.00 and wanted us to pay. They used our first names and asked if we wanted to continue in English or Spanish when I first answered the call. Very strange call. I tried calling back from a different number (star 69) and the recording asked for the original number called. I hung up.

my caller id reads 2132323168 but the person left 8003800184 as a call back
