Millions Call

This number left a message on my phone that said to call this number.  Then when I called it, it says to put in your number to get your message.  Right.  Who would call someone they don't even know who it is or what it is about?

we had a ring with this no. 312-265-6297 based in Chicago, IL. soon as we picked up the telephone we did not hear a single thing with the othe end soon after stating hi, therefore we put the phone down. This was really annoying!!

Received a voicemail asking me to return the call. Said there is a warrant for my arrest issued by the IRS. This was an automated voice. I also received 3 similar calls last week from 901-530-0765.
