ended up leaving a msg saying we qualified for a house loan modification for as little as 2% fixed.

I received an unsolicited text message from this number. The message says "Your One-Time Registration Code is 3032." I have not purchased any software or apps for this phone, insofar as it is a government-owned smart phone. I replied and asked them to identify themselves. They did not reply.
