Phone rang twice then they hung up. Probably a scam?

Called with no identifying name on Caller ID.  Was a recording schlepping credit card processing.  No ability to connect to a live person, but only to leave a name and number for callback.  These telemarketers need to be fined.  Report them to the PA Atty. General and the FCC!

A guy requested for 'Virtura' & soon as we responded there was no one by that name in my company and could she check the name or provide a last name, she is quite. impolite. soon as we requested where she is callilng with she stated 'Actually i am phoning with the moon' & put the phone down.

This pervert from 217 840-7856 called swearing yelling on the phone for no reason. He got hung up on. If you get a call from this number call the police immediately. He seems to be travelling from on state to another and lives in Salt Lake City Utah. Beware if you get a call from this Waco
