It’s a Robo call app you pick up the line goes clear and then it brings in it I medically browser number for you while you’re on the line assuming someone’s calling you but when you pick up automatic Dial a number for you it rings and put you in a Automation hold loop waiting for a guy named All.

says the are Google and they tell you something is missing off of your website. when you ask them what is missing they hang up.

This number has potentially been spoofed by Robocaller speaking Mandarin and ignoring do not call registration. Block number.
