Millions Call

Forever I have been on the Do Not Call list, yet I receive calls from this unknown marketing company.

"Calling about your existing credit card account. We would like to speak to you about lowering your interest rate..."

I got a bunch of spam texts claiming that I am donating 10$ a day to car facts daily but I've never heard of that and I'd like to be removed from there lust if donates.

I quit LA Fitness and keep geting harrasing phone calls from all over the US. I've had calls from California, Florida and now Ohio and I'm in Oregon. Is this legal?
