Received a text from this number with a link. No ring tone when called

lmao isn't there a way to track these numbers and the source? its reminding me of the check fraud that was happening last summer

Same think here, this number which showed up as Gennock and Genno called.  I answered, and no answer back.  Google only led me here.  No problems, wonder if this is a scam number?  Tried calling back busy.

Says part of package delivery address missing, directing you to use a provided link to provide missing address. It is a phishing scam.
