    I received a call from Caller ID: Phronesis. She said her name was Selena and asked what our copier model number was. I asked her for the name of her company and the following conversation occured:Me: Whats the name of your company?Selena: Im SorryMe: What company are you calling from?Selena: Im SorryMe: Who are you calling with?Selena: Im SorryMe: Is the name of your company Im sorry?Selena: You are a c*untMe: Excuse me?Selena: You are a s**tMe: Excuse me, where are you calling from?Selena: You are a w***e.Me: Please remove us from your calling list... b*tch.Selena then hung up.What company would allow their employees to treat people this way. I receive these calls at least once a day but this is the first time the caller treated me thus. I am appalled. Delete
