They asked for a strange name. There was lots of background noise from a business or call center. I told the man he had a wrong number. He verified the number dialed, and then he proceeded to tell me my number had been entered into a company web site nad that it qualified for free gifts. I told him I was not interested and asked to be placed on the do not call list. He hung up on me. When i called the number back, a recording wanted me to do a survey that would enter me into a $25,000 sweapstake contest. Strangely enough, I received a call just minutes before from a know spam number 410-589-0672. That call rang just once and then disconnected. I have not had marketing phone calls for over a year, so my tendency is to believe they are connected. Delete
